Work shall include , but is not necessarily limited to , the providing of all labor , superintendence , materials , tools , and equipment ; and , performing all work necessary to complete the removal of the EPDM roofs and the installation of new flat and tapered insulation and a fully adhered . 090 ” thick EPDM membrane roof systems and the removal and reinstallation of the existing lightning system by an LPI certified Contractor , to the satisfaction of , and subject to approval of , the Professional , West Chester University , and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education .
