Description | *** UPDATE TO SOLICITATION *** Please see uploaded " QA - SCIF Tents " for questions and answers for this solicitation .*** BREAK *** Headquarters , Air Forces Southern ( AFSOUTH ) requires expeditionary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility ( SCIF ) tents to enable agile command , intelligence , and secure communications in the USSOUTHCOM AOR . These shelters must be fully ICD 705 compliant for handling classified information . Key capabilities include setup / teardown in under 10 minutes to support agile combat employment , proven RF / EMI shielding for operational security , and a configurable interior to support diverse missions from C2 to intelligence analysis . RF Tents are required during deployable situations for intelligence operations . Without RF Tents classified processing is not allowed due to the foreign intelligence interception threat . Critical loss of C4I if we are not allowed to operated classified intelligence networks during deployed operations . Following salient characteristics are essential per the customer : portability , level of RF Shielding , durability , and comm / Power / HVAC shielded ports .
