Description | The Washington State Department of Transportation ( WSDOT ) is seeking quotes for Hot Mix Asphalt products ( HMA ) Class 3 / 8 in . Asphalt with no recycled pavement material ( RPM ) added , under the authority of the Revised Code of Washington ( RCW ) 39 . 26 . The term of this contract will be in the Benton , Franklin and Walla Walla County area , April 15 , 2026 until December 31 , 2026 . ( As weather and funding allows ) WSDOT estimates 500 tons of HMA product , actual quantity may be less than or greater that the estimated quantity . WSDOT reserves the right to modify dates and times . Any changes will be sent electronically as amendments to all users of Washington ’ s Electronic Business Solutions ( WEBS ) who downloaded this RFQ . Plant must be located within 25 miles of Locations Provided . WSDOT SCR Area 3 Pasco MTCE Facility 1816 North 4th Ave Pasco , WA 99301 WSDOT will pick up at plant location |
