Delivery and Performance : Specific place of performance , and acceptance details will be provided in the attached solicitation . 7 . Evaluation Criteria : The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the government price and other factors considered . Contractor shall be selected according to the following Factors , which are equal in importance . Factor 1 Technical Approach and Preventative Maintenance Plan , Factor 2 Qualifications , Certifications , and Experience of Technicians , and Factor 3 Past Performance of Similar Preventative Maintenance Contracts are of greater importance than price . 8 .
