The Department of Minnesota IT Services ( MNIT ), partnering with the Department of Education ( MDE ), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 mos . with Nutri Link Technologies , Inc . (“ Nutri Link ”) for continued , uninterrupted access and management of the Summer EBT ( SEBT ) Online Application & Eligibility Platform . Nutri - Link ’ s SEBT offers a range of services to MDE staff and school parents , including , but not limited to : meal ordering , fee collection , processing of free and reduced applications , and dismissal management . Nutri - Link retains exclusive ownership , copyright , and trademark of their proprietary SEBT cloud services , maintenance , and support . The State believes these services are not available through third - party entities deeming this a sole source purchase . |
