Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . Vendor Name : Team LINX ; A security camera system service contract for the Capitol Complex and the Governor ' s Mansion is purchased each year . This includes all technical support , both on site and via email and phone . All labor for the system components under the manufacturers warranty . All software updates on a quarterly and annual basis . The system as a whole operates on the same Avigilon system as the Governors Mansion . The system is unique allowing all persons the ability to view all cameras in ESB ' s Communications Center , Denver Communications Center , HIRSCH Center and by ESB Leadership during large scale protests and civil unrest . The system as a whole operates on the same Avigilon system as the Governors Mansion . The system is unique allowing persons to view all cameras in ESB ' s Communications Center , Governors Mansion and remotely . This systems is used to keep Troopers and Security Officers safe during large scale events , protests and civil unrest . This is the last year of the sole source approval . An RFP will be conducted in early FY27 . |
