Description | SCOPE It is the intent of these specifications , terms , and conditions to describe the security panels upgrade kits for East Bay Municipal Utility District ( EBMUD ) SCADA Engineering . East Bay Municipal Utility District ( District ) intends to award a contract to the lowest cost bidder ( s ) whose response meets the District ’ s requirements . The District intends to procure replacement hardware which include , but not limited to , the following : STAR Pro - to - iSTAR Ultra G2 SE Upgrade Kit , 16 Rdr ( one Ultra G2 SE GCM , two Ultra G2 SE ACMs , and Ultra G2 SE panel door ). SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS All products shall be in new and unused condition and shall be of the most current and up to date model . The District shall be procuring the following hardware : 1 . Description of Hardware Manufacturer : Software House Model : GSTAR - PRO - SE16 Series : iSTAR Pro - to - iSTAR Ultra G2 SE Upgrade Kit , 16 reader support Includes : • One Ultra G2 GCM • Two Ultra G2 ACM SE • One Panel door |
