Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , tools and equipment , hold appropriate licensing and permits , and pay all taxes , permits , and / or inspection fees necessary to provide on - site “ as needed ” maintenance and repair services for the EDD Avigilon Security Systems located at the EDD facilities . The Contractor shall provide maintenance , repairs , and software support to include : • Customer software and hardware support 24 hours a day , 7 days a week , including holidays ; • Software and hardware maintenance and / or enhancement release updates ; • Firmware maintenance and / or enhancements release updates ; • Updated documentation , as appropriate ; • Trained personnel in the Avigilon Security System ; and • Timely service and emergency service as outlined in these Specifications . |
