The City of Fayetteville Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified manufacturers and authorized distributors for the purchase of a complete Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) replacement system, including SCBA units, facepieces, cylinders, communication capabilities, training, support services, and a compatible SCBA decontamination extractor.All proposals must be submitted electronically through theEuna Procurement system. Proposals submitted by email, mail, hand delivery, or any other method will not be accepted.The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to reject any proposal that fails to meet the requirements of this solicitation. The City may, in its discretion and as permitted by applicable law, waive minor informalities or immaterial administrative deficiencies that do not affect the substance, responsiveness, or competitiveness of a proposal.All questions, requests for clarification, and communications regarding this solicitation must be submitted throughthe procurement system. Vendors shall not contact City of Fayetteville Fire Department personnel directly regarding this solicitation. Responses to questions will be provided throughthe systemand, when applicable, will be made available to all participating vendors.Vendors are responsible for reviewing the complete solicitation, including all specifications, requirements, attachments, and instructions, prior to submitting a proposal.
