Description | • Remove current vinyl cove base as necessary for tile access . • Remove vinyl tile from all floor panels and replace with MetroFlor Deja New 24 ” LVT . o Color / pattern to be of the College ’ s choosing . o Tiles not able to be lifted will need to be re - covered in place . o Tiles containing electrical access boxes will have boxes reinstalled after tile surface replacement • Replace vinyl cove base with new matching previous size . Coler to be of the College ’ s choosing . • Provide an additional stock of 50 / each new ASM FS200 floor panels finished with the above vinyl for future replacement purposes . |
