Semtech AirLink RX400 Modems - Brand Name Only REQUEST FOR QUOTE INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey (USGS), Earthquake Science Center (ESC), requires thirty (30) Semtech AirLink RX400 modems as described in the attached Salient Characteristics. RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334210 Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing and associated size standard 1,250 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code 7G20 IT and Telecom Network: Analog Voice Products (hardware).
