Description | Work to be performed includes : The City of Bonney Lake is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the tenant improvements of the Bonney Lake Senior Center , including a power service upgrade from the existing single phase to three phase and heating and ventilation improvements to kitchen and offices , replacement of exterior windows , remodeling of existing bathrooms , and deck replacement .
