SEPTIC TANK CLEANING ANNUAL CONTRACT

• Your company will need 3 to 4 sections of hose to access the tanks from the street . No vehicles are allowed on the homeowners ’ property . • The disposal site is approximately 20 miles from the Richmond subdivision which is located at 1600 Yeend St . The disposal site is a MAWSS ’ s wastewater treatment plant . No disposal fee will be charged . • All work shall be completed by November 1 , 2026 , unless time is extended by MAWSS . • Any damage caused by the contractor to the customers ’ property will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair at their cost . • Prior to performing work at each residence , you must knock on the door to inform the customer you will be working at their home . • The tanks to be cleaned shall be at the discretion of MAWSS . • Your company shall submit a line - item invoice showing the address of tank cleaned , date and associated MAWSS disposal ticket . • Take a site photo before and after cleaning operation . • This bid will include up to 135 septic tanks in the Richmond subdivision in the first year of cleaning , or as budget allows . The other subdivisions ’ tanks , Saddlebrook , and Polo Place , will be cleaned in subsequent years .
