(Shipment will be to Dakota Warehouse, Rapid City, South Dakota) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is an all-or-non requirement, and the government will award a single purchase order to the offeror responsible whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this solicitation. Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
