Description | The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension ( BCA ) intends to continue a service support agreement , including optional verification services , with Hamilton Company for Microlab ® platforms ( STAR ™, NIMBUS ®, and VANTAGE ®). Hamilton Company is the sole source provider for replacement parts , proprietary software upgrades , factory - trained and authorized service representatives , service agreements , and escalation support for these systems . The service includes priority dispatch for contract customers , a target response time of 24 hours for down instruments , a guaranteed response time of 48 hours , a guaranteed callback time of 4 hours , and coverage of parts , travel , and labor , with the option to add verification services for the Hamilton STARlet equipment . Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . |
