This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set-aside 100% for Small Business. The subject requirement is for a commercial product; as such, this solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the vendor associated with developing a quote. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. The purpose of this solicitation is for the Government to obtain all necessary hardware, labor, and services for the procurement of two (2) 50hp New Rotary Service Air Compressors. To meet this requirement, the vendor shall perform all tasks outlined in Attachment 1 – Service Air Compressor Replacement SOO and Performance Parameters. Amendment 0002 is attached incorporrationg updated questions, updating clauses and provisions, and canceling the previously scheduled site visit Wednesday, 25 March 2026, at 10 a.m. (CST). Amendment 0001 is attached incorporating the extended due date for quotes, questions, updating clauses and provisions, and scheduling a site visit for Wednesday, 25 March 2026, at 10 a.m. (CST).
