A . Objective The purpose of this request for quote is for the installation of High Solid Silicone roof coating system with a 20 - year leak free labor and material NDL - NPR warranty on building # 4 located directly South of the main Public Works and warehouse building @ 1108 - 1st ST NE Moultrie , Georgia . B . Project description and purpose The contractor shall be responsible for providing the City of Moultrie with a High Solid Silicone roof system that includes a twenty - year leak free labor and material NDL - NPR labor and material warranty . Detailed specifications A . General Requirements a . All work performed by the Contractor shall be in accordance to the City ' s specifications and all applicable standards including but not limited to the following : ANSI , ATIS , ASTM , BICSI , EIA , TIA , IEEE , OSHA , NEMA , NESC , NFPA , UL , and any other applicable industry standards . b . All traffic control needed to perform any and / or all portions of the work is the responsibility of the contractor . The contractor must consult with the city prior to any traffic control . C . Any damage to and not limited to : landscaping , private property , roads , curbsides , gutters , sidewalk or existing utilities shall be repaired by the contractor or any of their sub - contractors immediately and at no cost to the city d . The contractor shall confine work to right of way property at all times . At no time shall the contractor enter private property or perform any work not authorized by the City of Moultrie . e . The contractor is responsible for providing employees with a clean and safe work site . Scope of Work 1 . Remove debris and pressure clean entire roof . 2 . Apply rust treatment . 3 . Remove debris and pressure wash entire roof . 4 . Apply rust inhibitor primer . 5 . Apply encapsulation to all fasteners . 6 . Embed reinforcement fabric at laps and high stress areas per 20 year warranty specification . 7 . Base coats and top coats applied to 20 - year warranty specifications . 8 . Clean and remove all debris from jobsite . 9 . 20 - year NDL - NPR total system warranty to cover all roof system components related to High Solids Silicone installation project .
