Description | The Maryland Insurance Administration (“ MIA " or “ Administration ”) is issuing this Request for Proposals ( RFP ) to procure Continuing Education and Continuing Education Reporting Services , as specified in this Section 2 . In summary , the successful Contractor shall assist the MIA with processing initial and renewal continuing education ( CE ) course approvals , CE Course instructor applications , and auditing CE courses , as well as CE credit hours banking , reporting , and compliance to ensure that insurance producers , bail bondsmen , Public Adjusters , SHOP Navigators and Permittees comply with Maryland ’ s legal requirements for continuing education . |
