Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for the Elberta Street Sewer Improvements isdescribed briefly as follows:This project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 341 linear feet of 8-inchsanitary sewer pipe utilizing the open-cut method, along with the installation of two (2) newprecast manholes.The work shall also include, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization, postconstructioncleaning, post-construction CCTV inspection, installation and reconnection ofservice lines and cleanouts, implementation of bypass pumping operations, pavement patchingand restoration, and traffic control measures.3.
