Ninja Path – Phase 2 Stage 2 – Bennington STP BP ( 15 ) 2 & Bennington TAP TA22 ( 9 ): Construction of a shared - use pathway starting from the southern end of Hannaford Square Plaza and continuing to a connection point at the existing Ninja Path at the Vermont 279 overpass and the construction of one prefabricated galvanized pedestrian bridge . All bidders shall be on the current VTRANS Contract Administration pre - qualified list “ Contractors List of Bike and / or Pedestrian Path , Bridge Construction Category ” VT Agency of Transportation 2018 Standard Specifications for Construction shall apply to this contract .
