The Coast Guard intends to solicit , negotiate and award a sole - source procurement ( under FAR authority 6 . 302 ) to Shaw Shooting , Inc , 834 East 2700 South , Hagerman , ID 93332 for the following : 23 Attendees5 – Day Pistol Carbine Course - designed to provide Advanced Tactical Operators ( ATO ) with in - depth weapons handling , improve shooting accuracy , and tactical positioning .
