The Mission & Installation Contracting Command ( MICC ) – Fort McCoy is seeking information from potential sources , particularly from the small business community , who are capable of providing commercial services for shower and laundry trailer rental , and comprehensive water operations support for a large - scale U . S . Army training exercise . The requirement includes providing all personnel , equipment , supplies , transportation , supervision , and other non - personal services necessary to deliver , install , maintain , and remove shower and laundry trailers , as well as manage potable water delivery and gray water disposal services . Period of Performance : A 3 - week period during June 2026 . Place of Performance : Services are required at multiple locations across Mississippi and Louisiana . Set - Aside : To meet these requirements , the Government is currently evaluating the most efficient procurement strategy which may include considering a 100 % small business set aside .
