Specifications and Pricing Company Name : ______________________________________________ The City of O ’ Fallon (“ City ”) is accepting sealed bids to furnish and deliver signs and hardware per the minimum requirements below . The City understands that some vendors / companies may not be able to supply all materials and / or services . Those bids will not be overlooked , as the City is willing to enter into multiple contracts if needed to obtain the best pricing and service . Any item ( s ) a vendor chooses not to place a bid on must be clearly marked with “ NO BID ”. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to multiple vendors if it is deemed in the best interest of the City to do so . Any deviation ( s ) shall be noted and submitted in writing . Minimum Requirements : 1 . All sign posts and sign backs shall be black unless otherwise stated , using the option listed below or equivalent as approved by the City of O ’ Fallon . Supplier will need to provide detailed information concerning system for the City ’ s review and approval • Milled Aluminum Surfaces : o Avery A9 series , color Black , Premium Vinyl or approved equal 2 . All signs are to be bid by size and not by wording . If the City requests a custom sign , there is an understanding there may be a setup fee . • The bid sheet is for sign blanks and standard MUTCD only , except where specified otherwise . 3 . All signs must be . 080 grade aluminum . 4 . All signs must have diamond grade sheeting . 5 . If the City orders at the 50 or 100 quantity for a type of sign , it will be for the same sign . For example : • Order 50 Stop Signs , black backs , 30 ” x30 ” • Order 50 35mph signs , black backs , 18 ” x24 ” ** Please list price break if signs are ordered in bulk .
