Silver Lake Campground Shower Head Replacements

SCOPE OF WORK : The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor , materials , and equipment to : Remove 6 existing Symmons Hydapipe Surface Mounted Shower Systems ( 32 ” overall height / 6 ” width ) and replace with 6 new “ replacement - in - kind ” shower assemblies with fixed showerheads . New fixtures must be Hydapipe or comparable alternate product . Contractor to replace any piping , valves , and / or shutoffs as necessary . Any gate valves that need to be replaced must be replaced with ball valves . All lines to be flushed before installation to remove any debris and verify proper flow of both hot and cold water . Water availability is not possible until freezing weather temperatures have substantially subsided . Once water supply is turned on in the spring , Contract must check operation to locate and repair any / all leaks . DNR is responsible for plan review waiver application . Contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections .
