Description | Qualified individuals , firms or consortiums are invited to submit a proposal to the Town of Breckenridge (“ hereinafter referred to as “ OWNER ”) for Construction Manager at Risk ( CMAR ) services for the Silver Queen Water Main Upgrades Project . The successful CMAR will provide Pre - Construction services while completing the design of the project , and then at the OWNER ’ s option , enter into a construction contract with the OWNER based on the final construction documents . The purpose of this solicitation is to bind a competent , experienced contractor into a formal Agreement with the OWNER to perform the work described in the Request for Proposals . The Silver Queen Water Main Upgrades Project will upgrade the water main in the Warrior ’ s Mark area . The complete project description and 30 % drawings are in the attached full Request for Proposals document . Proposers are cautioned to read the entire Request for Proposals , noting all particular submittal requirements , including both substance and format . Failure to provide all requested information in the manner required might be cause for rejection of proposal at the sole discretion of the OWNER . See more |
