Description | The University of Central Missouri hereinafter called UCM , or Owner is requesting qualifications from qualified professional Architect / Engineering firms to perform On - Call Architect / Engineering services for design through construction completion for various projects at the University of Central Missouri Skyhaven Airport at 160 NW 251 Road , Warrensburg , MO . The Owner will select the most qualified firm who can perform multiple types of projects associated with an airport the size of Skyhaven . Fee structure / Hourly Rates shall be established in contract negotiations and shall remain in effect throughout the term of the contract . Options for hourly rate increases on a yearly basis in accordance with an established economic indicator ( PPI , CPI ) may be submitted but UCM may reject such requests . Following contract award , the Owner will negotiate a fee and scope with the Firm for each project . No specific amount of work will be awarded to the selected Firm during the contract term |
