• UV Acrylic Woven & Marine Fabric Tops with exact measurements • Approximate weight is 10 ounces per square yard for durability – • Base Material – High Density Polyethylene – Or Dyed Acrylic . • 10 year UV warranty • Shade Factor ( visual light ): up to 97 % ( color dependent ) • UV Stabilized Yarn • Shade fabric is designed to prevent unraveling if cut • Monofilament and Tape Construction in a lock - stitch knitted pattern • Approximate UVR Block : 95 % • Wind design speed : 70 - 90 miles per hour • Thread Specifications o Shall be high density ; high strength and low shrinkage o Shall be abrasion resistant and immune to UV radiation o Shall be unaffected by non - hydrocarbon based cleaning agents , acid rain , mildew , rot , chlorine , saltwater , and industrial pollution o Shall be warranted for six ( 6 ) years • All shade corners shall be reinforced with extra non - tear material and strap . • Installation and delivery to outdoor pool required • Center Support Structure : o Anodized aluminum o 1 . 75 OD , 1 . 5 ID o Length determined by frame measurements and pitch requirements o 1 ” diameter galvanized pin riveted in place
