Ga Dept of Economic Development's Global Commerce Division seeks to enter into a sole-source professional services agreement with Boyette Strategic Advisors to conduct: 1. A Small Business/Entrepreneurial Program Review & Analysis; and 2. A Small Business & Entrepreneurial Development Strategy. These projects involve a comprehensive review of GDEcD's current small business and entrepreneurial support programs, stakeholder engagement across multiple divisions, best practice benchmarking, and development of strategic recommendations and performance metrics for future implementation. The proposed scope of work requires: - Deep understanding of state economic development organizations and their operational structures; ¿ Ability to assess existing entrepreneurial and small business support programs; ¿ Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement across public-sector leadership and business communities; ¿ Knowledge of best practices among state economic development agencies; ¿ Strategic planning expertise specific to economic development and entrepreneurship initiatives; and ¿ Familiarity with Georgia's economic development ecosystem and regional stakeholders.
