Snack vending machines are intended for staff use and are located in teacher ’ s lounges and offices that are generally inaccessible to students . 1 . Furnish and install new snack vending equipment at the facilities listed in Exhibit “ A .” 2 . Vending equipment with dollar bill validators / changers , preferred . If electricity is involved , an energy efficient model is required . 3 . Provide for maintenance and repair or replacement of all vending machines provided by the Vendor . Such maintenance , repair , and equipment replacement services shall be provided within twenty - four ( 24 ) hours after telephone notice to the Vendor of the need for such maintenance , repair or replacement services . 4 . Propose a complete , total package to include the monetary amount of revenue to be offered to the GCBOE from the sale of all snack vending machine products as a percentage of gross retail sales , less sales tax , payable semi - annually . 5 . The GCBOE Site Manager shall be given 30 days written notice of price or product changes . The GCBOE reserves the right to approve / deny price or product changes . 6 . Commission payments are calculated on sales for the month just preceding and must be accompanied by a Sales Report , by facility , including copies of delivery tickets signed by site managers . 7 . The commission payment and a copy of the sales report is to be sent to the applicable site as per the attached . A copy of the sales report is to be E - Mailed to Haley Mitchell at haley . mitchell @ glynn . k12 . ga . us . 8 . From the issue date of this Request for Proposal until the Vendor is selected and the award is made , Proposers are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any staff except through the individual named above . For violation of this provision , the GCBOE shall reserve the right to reject the proposal of the offending Proposer . 9 . All questions concerning this Request for Proposal must be submitted in writing via email to the individual named above not later than 3 : 00 p . m ., legally prevailing time on March 31 , 2026 . 10 . Written responses , as appropriate , will be posted on the GCSS website not later than noon on April 1 , 2026 . No questions other than written will be accepted . No response other than written will be binding upon the Glynn County Board of Education .
