CLASS E - Front Loader minimum 3 cu . yd . bucket and up . AWARD WILL BE BASED ON HOURLY RATES TIMES ( X ) EIGHT ( 8 ) HOURS . QUANTITY IS FOR CALCULATION PURPOSES ONLY AND CAN FLUCTUATE PLUS OR MINUS DURING THE CONTRACT |
