Other responsibilities include but are not limited to : • Comply with all state and local health and building codes . • Comply with all state and local permitting and licensing requirements . • Maintain structural components and a reasonably weather - protected unit . • Provide the necessary heat , electric and hot and cold - water facilities . • Make any requested repairs promptly . • Maintain a pest - free environment . • Maintain a sober , drug - free property ; Rectify issues when prohibited substances are discovered . |
