Building construction consists of a two story 17,000 square foot administration and simulator building. ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $5,000,001.00 - $6,000,000.00, .2 HVAC - $400,001.00 - $600,000.00, .3 Plumbing - $800,001.00 - $1,000,000.00, .4 Electrical - $1,000,001.00 - $1,500,000.00 ESTIMATED RANGE for Liquidated Damages = (.1) General - $1,500.00 per day, (.2) HVAC - $160.00 per day, (.3) Plumbing - $270.00 per day, and (.4) Electrical - $370.00 per day MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Tuesday June 2, 2026, at 9:30AM (map attached in bid documents), Middletown, PA, Dauphin County. The Department of General Services Public Works and the Office of Business Inclusion and Supplier Development (BISD) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works. Bidders now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
