Description

Remove two existing doors ( Front & East Side ). Both doors will be replaced with metal pre - hung , double bore , & adjustable thresholds . Both doors shall be keyed alike so one key will unlock handle and single cylinder deadbolt . Thresholds shall be adjusted to the bottom sweep upon completion of the installation . Jambs shall be packed with fiberglass insulation or nonexpanding foam . Jamb extensions may be required . Trim out using primed wood millwork . Do not use pressed veneered or plastic millwork . Install new white aluminum screen doors with selfstoring screens and glass . Must have two closures per unit or one closure and chain . Remove 5 existing basement windows . Install new double pane slider windows with screens in the openings . Use mortar to seal the window frame to the masonry block . Make sure to slope a mortar sill away from the window frame . Insulate the frame on the inside of the window .
