1 ) Maintain a statewide volunteer registry system that is consistent with ESAR - VHP standards and includes readily available , verifiable , current information regarding volunteer identity , licensing , credentialing , accreditation , privileging in hospitals or other health facilities , and background checks 2 ) Identify and rapidly mobilize health professional volunteers during emergencies and disasters 3 ) Enable the secure sharing of health volunteer information between regions and states VENDOR SERVICES AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS In order to meet the goals of the project described herein and the SERV - NV platform , the vendor software / system must include the following information and capabilities : • Identify verification • Background check module • Licensing • Credentialing • Accreditation • Privileging in hospitals and other medical facilities • Compatible with reading and outputting . csv files Additionally , the vendor shall provide the following services : • Provide facilities , hardware , and networking maintenance • Provide scheduled updates , including emergency security updates as necessary • Maintain a duplicate (“ backup ”) record of data • Provide routine and emergency support services for access , data retrieval , and other similar issues to include telephone , problem assistance , and software updates • Provide after - hours support services limited to emergency scenarios during disaster response
