Purpose:1.1 The purpose of this Request for Establishing Long-Term Arrangements for Solar Modules.2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:24 December 2025, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRFP-2025-9201654 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 24 December 2025, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time).No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time.  Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.2.2 Supplier will submit Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org and should include the following documents;- Technical Offers including Technical Data Sheet for all Items- Financial Proposal Template (Annex B)- Vendor Registration Template (Annex C)- Supplier Profile Template (Annex D)- The Bid Form(Page 3-5)is to be signed and sent along with the proposal for acceptance of GTCs.2.3 Bidders are responsible for organizing the proposal documents in a clearly structured manner for easy identification of relevant documents in the proposal evaluation.
