They are the author of our software , and they have maintained this system for the agency since its installation . They will be upgrading our current software from its current version of 16 . 6 . 150 . 0 to latest AE version 23 . 4 . This includes downloading all of the software packages necessary for upgrade ; the pre & post backup of the database ; the upgrade / installation of all licensing , administrative & web components of the latest version 23 . 4 ; document retrieval for verification of basic operations in Web Client ; providing the necessary training of GCB staff on installation / upgrade process for software distribution to workstations Total amount of project quote is $ 1 , 680 . 00 92045 - Software Maintenance and Support Services All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal . |
