The Solicitation has also been Amended in order to extend the due date of RFQ ' s because of the Holidays . All Quotes are do 9 JAN 2026 at 5 : 00 PM EST . If you have already submitted a quote and wish to submit a new one with the new information please feel free too . Requirement is for Snow Equipment Rental in Delta Junction , AK . Contractor must provide fifteen ( 15 ) Snomobiles , four ( 4 ) Trailers , six ( 6 ) Sigling Sleds , thirty ( 30 ) Fuel Cans , Maintence , fifteen ( 15 ) Heater Cores , and fifteen ( 15 ) Cargo Nets . This is to help facilitate SOTD with their training exercise in Alaska starting on 2 February 2026 and ending 25 February 2026 . All equipment must be meet the Salient Characteristics provided and be delivered to the address provided . All questions must be submitted via email and received by 9 : 00 AM Eastern Standard Time 29 DEC 2025The hour and date for receipt of offers is 5 : 00 PM Eastern Standard Time 9 JAN 2026 |
