This JOC is for work within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT) Public Works Department (PWD) Souda Bay Area of Responsibility (AOR). NOTE: A draft Statement of Work is attached which is substantially similar to the one that will be provided with the Solicitation when posted on or about 20 October 2026. |
