The selected Proposer shall furnish all labor , supervision , equipment , and coordination necessary to provide complete sound and lighting services for events at the Bartlem Park Bandshell . 2 . 1 Sound Services • Professional - grade outdoor audio / PA system including , processing , amplification , mixing console and speakers appropriate for audience sizes for the Great Lawn area at Bartlem Park to ensure proper sound coverage for attendees . • Stage monitors and monitor mixing • Microphones ( wired and wireless ) including stands and cables for band and announcements • All cabling , stands , and power protection 2 . 2 Lighting Services • Stage lighting suitable for evening performances • Energy - efficient LED fixtures preferred • Lighting design appropriate for musical performances and community events • Lighting aimed to minimize spillovers into surrounding park areas 2 . 3 On - Site Event Management • Audio Engineer for each event • Lighting Tech for each event ( as necessary ) • Coordination with Town staff before and during events • Oversight of setup , sound check , performance , and breakdown • Compliance with Town schedules , noise limits , and curfews 2 . 4 Coordination with Musical Acts • Advance technical coordination with performers contracted by the Town • Review of artist technical requirements • Advance communication regarding stage plots , input lists , and power needs • Day - of - event coordination with performers and their representatives
