This notice is for planning purposes only and will be used for market analysis in determining the availability of the attached requirement , Ellsworth AFB Grounds Maintenance IDIQ .** No award will be made from this Sources Sought notice **** DO NOT submit a quotation or provide cost and pricing data **** No solicitation is available at this time **** If a solicitation is released , it will be posted and synopsized on the SAM . gov website . All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the potential acquisition of grounds maintenance services . The purpose of this notice is to determine interest and capability in providing grounds maintenance services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement ( PWS ) for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron ( 28 CES ) at Ellsworth AFB , South Dakota . The PWS and attached documents are currently drafts and are subject to change . It is anticipated that the contract will be a Firm - Fixed Price contract with one ( 1 ) base year and four ( 4 ) one - year options . The estimated start date for this contract is March 2027 and estimated end date is March 2032 . If your firm has an interest in providing these services as described above , and believe they can meet the requirements , you are invited to submit , in writing , a complete capabilities package .
