Description | For: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZIOB), Edwards Air Force Base, CA NAICS Code: 562998 – Septic Tank and Related Services This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing grease traps and used cooking oil containment system maintenance at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB). The purpose of this notice is to determine if vendors can meet the Government’s needs as detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: The Draft PWS attached is subject to change. Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This notice is intended to help the Government determine the appropriate acquisition strategy and confirm whether alternative solutions are available. Interested parties are requested to provide a capability statement addressing the following questions. Please provide clear and unambiguous responses. Questions for Industry Does your company have the capability to provide ALL services described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS)? What is your company's business size and socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, WOSB) under the NAICS code 562998? Please provide your Company Name, Address, UEI Number, CAGE Code, and Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone, and Email). Submission Instructions Please submit all responses via email ONLY to both Joshua Vasquez (joshua.vasquez.5@us.af.mil) and SSgt Jewels Mesa (jewels.mesa@us.af.mil) no later than Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT and please use the subject line: "Response to Sources Sought Notice: Grease Trap and Used Cooking Oil Containment Services." |
