Description | The Vermont Army National Guard ( VTARNG ) intends to issue a solicitation for bagged meals and hot mermite meals delivered to Ethan Allen Firing Range Jericho , VT 05465 in support of Inactive Duty Training ( IDT ), Annual Training ( AT ) and other tenant units training at the Ethan Allen Firing Range . The Stone Armory is available to support this requirement . The requirement will be solicited and awarded as a single - award , Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ ), with exact delivery dates and the number of bagged meals or mermite meals on individual delivery orders issued during the life of the contract . |
