Description | Provide all work shown on the project drawings for turnkey construction unless modified below . a . Guardrail shown to be removed on sheet D101 keyed note 1 will be removed by others . Electric to exterior outlets are run below grade and mounted on the guardrail . Contractor shall disconnect existing circuits for guardrail removal and reconnect once building shell is constructed . New conduit and wire for reconnection may be run above or below grade as allowed by local codes . b . Remove and relocate electric on the interior as necessary for the new man door installation c . Water storage tank to be relocated on sheet D101 keyed note 4 will be relocated by others . d . Existing foundation wall along southern wall is 22 ” high with a 14 ” thick footing . The new foundation wall and footing shown on detail 4 sheet S3 . 1 shall match the height and thickness of the existing footing . Footing steps at the west and east walls will be required to provide the foundation dimensions shown on the plans . e . Contractor shall backfill the foundation excavations to meet existing grade . Concrete floor slab , concrete apron , subgrade and grading of the subgrade will be performed by others . 3 . Provide a 12 ’ x12 ’ overhead door according to the following a . Doors opening shall be field measured prior to ordering material . b . 0 . 016 ” thick roll - formed hot - dipped galvanized , ribbed face steel sections with 2 ” thick metal / foam / metal sandwich panels ... |
