Description | De inkoop richt zich op segment B: enkelvoudige ambulante specialistische hulp. Segment B is onderdeel van het jeugdzorgstelsel in de regio Zaanstreek-Waterland. Het jeugdhulpstelsel bestaat uit vijf onderdelen die segmenten worden genoemd. Segment A is de basis: lokale teams en lichte hulp die vrij toegankelijk is. Segment B biedt specialistische ambulante hulp voor enkelvoudige problemen. Segment C is voor complexe, hoogspecialistische hulp. Segment D richt zich op ernstige dyslexiezorg. Segment V omvat 24-uurs verblijf voor jeugdigen die (tijdelijk) niet thuis kunnen wonen. Samen zorgen deze segmenten voor passende hulp: zo licht en dichtbij mogelijk, en specialistisch waar nodig. De totale omvang van deze opdracht binnen segment B bedraagt naar verwachting circa €55 miljoen voor de komende drie jaar. Jaarlijks is dit €18 miljoen. |
