1 . Purpose The purpose of this Scope of Work ( SOW ) is to engage a qualified special events vendor to provide a turnkey foam party experience for Savannah State University ' s Spring Fling 2026 . The Contractor shall provide equipment , foam solution , staffing , setup , operation , supervision , and teardown for a safe and engaging foam party environment for a college - age audience . Event should be held for a minimum of three ( 3 ) hours . 2 . Services Required The Contractor shall provide a complete foam party package , including but not limited to : A . Foam Equipment Contractor shall provide : • A minimum of two ( 2 ) commercial - grade foam machine ( vendor may propose additional units based on crowd size and area coverage ) • Hoses , nozzles , and related operational equipment Containment measures ( e . g ., inflatable or barrier system ) as needed to manage foam spread All equipment must : · Be commercially rated for public events • Be designed for continuous operation during the event • Be well - maintained and in good working condition B . Foam Solution Contractor shall provide : • Non - toxic , hypoallergenic , biodegradable foam solution
