Testing / Inspection services , shall include , but not be limited to , ( a ) testing alarms for proper functioning , ( b ) testing main drain flow , ( c ) trip testing dry pipe valves and ( d ) all necessary annual testing , all internal testing and inspections . Additional inspection services necessary for NFPA 13 compliance are also required as a part of this service and are hereby incorporated in this specification . Backflow Testing associated with the fire system . Performed necessary testing and documentation required by the MDC . Send originals to MDC and give copy to Manager of Maintenance Services & The Fire Marshall Office at the Town of West Hartford . SCHEDULE OF SERVICES : Services shall be performed at the following locations as described herein . The Town reserves the right to delete any of the locations specified herein with a corresponding decrease in service cost .
