Description | The Consultant shall provide professional engineering services necessary to design new intake gate houses incorporating engineered double - isolation capability sufficient to achieve OSHA permitrequired confined space compliance , including positive isolation and verification provisions for maintenance activities , and provide construction administration and inspection services through project completion . The Project shall be structured to allow phased implementation . The Consultant shall design Gate House No . 1 through final design and construction . The design shall consider future replacement of Gate House No . 2 and shall be developed , to the extent practical , to allow replication or adaptation of the Gate House No . 1 design at the second location with minimal modification . No final design services for Gate House No . 2 are included under this contract unless separately authorized . |
