Description | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN : The New York Racing Association , Inc . ( NYRA ) is soliciting pricing to provide all labor , materials , and equipment , for daily , weekly , and monthly maintenance of all starting gates located at NYRA ’ s three racetracks : Saratoga Race Course located in Saratoga Springs , NY 12866 , Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont , NY 11003 , Aqueduct Racetrack in Jamaica , NY 11417 . The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be for a period of two ( 2 ) years from the date of execution of such agreement with NYRA having the sole discretion to renew for two ( 2 ) additional periods of one ( 1 ) year . Proposals will be received by theSenior Director of Procurementat 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 PM , prevailing time , on February 26 , 2026 . Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyraBids will be accepted electronically ; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyra ( Empire State Purchasing Group ).
