2 . 1 . The resulting contract ( s ) will cover various scopes of service . Each agency ’ s currently identified specific need is outlined in sections below . State agencies will have the opportunity to approach and contract with selected suppliers for specific testing services not outlined in this scope of service . 2 . 2 . The Contractor shall have the necessary experience and capability to provide as a minimum the following in performance of the contract : 2 . 2 . 1 . Development of Examination Questions and Item Bank , 2 . 2 . 2 . Test Center Establishment and Maintenance , 2 . 2 . 3 . Exam Registration , Scheduling , and Exam materials , 2 . 2 . 4 . Fee Collection and Distribution , 2 . 2 . 5 . Developing Computerized Examinations 2 . 2 . 6 . Examination Administration , Post - Test Scoring , and Reporting 2 . 2 . 7 . Secure Data Transfer and Computer System Interface 2 . 2 . 8 . Working with Governmental Entities ; and 2 . 2 . 9 . Knowledge of and experience with complying with applicable Arizona statutes , rules , industry standards . 2 . 2 . 10 . Other related services 2 . 3 . Services will be provided to the State on a Task Order basis . The scope of the Testing Services needed will be supplied by the agency . Supplier will construct a solution to the testing need at hand . Supplier and agency will work together to negotiate cost of the Task Order and Implementation timeline .
