Stationary First Aid Kit Supply & Services

Knoxville Utilities Board ( KUB ) is searching for a vendor who can supply first aid supplies and service our sixteen ( 16 ) stationary first - aid kits installed at ten ( 10 ) separate KUB locations across Knox County . The locations will be listed under " Attachment A " in the bid docs of this solicitation . Please note that KUB is only interested in purchasing the first - aid items listed on " Attachment A ". KUB is not responsible for , and will not accept , any items stocked in our stationary first - aid kits that is not either 1 .) listed on " Attachment A " or 2 .) approved by KUB in advance and amended to the agreement . Any alternates proposed in your bid is done so at your own discretion and is subject to KUB approval prior to award . The winning vendor must be willing to enter into and sign KUB ' s attached service / supply agreement for a term of 3 initial years with the option for two additional one ( 1 )- year renewals .
